Shipping and Delivery Information
Free shipping usually take 5-7 Business days and often arrive sooner. Expedited and Overnight shipping is available at additional fees.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping is an additional $15.95
We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.
Ship Cut Off Time
Monday-Friday, orders placed before 10:00 AM MST are usually shipped the same day.
Return Policy
You may cancel an order for any reason. If the shipment has already left our warehouse, or you have already received your shipment, you may return your order within 60 days of receipt for a refund minus a $15.95 restock fee. Customer is responsible to pay return shipping cost. To setup a return, please email noniteam@nonidirect.com and a manager will contact you.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards, PayPal, Amazon, ShopPay, Venmo, and Sezzle.
Money Orders or Cashiers Checks: Sometimes we accept checks or money orders for payment. Please email noniteam@nonidirect.com for more info.
Warranties
Every bottle of TAHITIAN NONI® is covered by Morinda Inc.’s manufacturing warranty. If you feel you have received a defective please email customer service at noniteam@nonidirect.com if you have any concerns or questions about your shipment.
Auto Delivery - Easy Cancelation
Auto Delivery program is designed to save you (and us) time and money! By agreeing to be on Auto Delivery, you get a discount. You can easily pause, cancel, or reschedule your no-obligation shipment at your convenience. There are 2 ways to do this.
1- Email noniteam@nonidirect.com.
2- Login to your account on nonidirect.com.

What if a bottle is broken during shipment?
TAHITIAN NONI® is bottles are glass and sometimes will break in transit. The shipper usually notifies us when this happens, and we will immediately ship you a new box. If your order is delivered with a broken bottle, please email noniteam@nonidirect.com or text us (530)-334-5720 with images of your broken bottles and shipping label, and we will replace the broken bottles asap. We apologize for any inconveniences and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
How do I know my order has been placed?
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all order details for your records. Please be sure to enter a valid email address in order to get your order confirmation. Please see privacy policy for more information about how we protect your privacy. If you do not see an email receipt from us, please check your spam folder. You may also email noniteam@nonidirect.com or text (530)-334-5720 to confirm you order was placed.
